What is a purchase plus improvements mortgage?
A mortgage that covers the price of the home plus the cost of work done after you buy it. The lender approves both together and releases the improvement money once the work is finished and inspected.

Do I need a quote before I talk to my lender?

When does ABLS get paid?
After the work is finished and the lender's inspector has checked it. The lender releases the funds to you, and you pay us.
Can I do this when I refinance?
Ask your lender. Some offer the same thing on a refinance, and the steps with us do not change.
