Horizontal lap
Classic 6-inch lap, the most traditional option, blends with almost any home built since 1950.
- Standard
- Vinyl lap, matched to the house
- Upgrade
- Hardie Plank 6" exposure
The exterior is what the street sees and what the weather works on. Vinyl siding comes standard, matched to your house. Four styles, and the roof and eaves choices that decide how the building ages.
Vinyl horizontal lap, matched to your house, is the standard. Every other profile is an upgrade, and so is fibre cement or engineered wood on any of them.

IKO Cambridge in charcoal, driftwood brown or weathered slate.

26-gauge steel rated for 40 years. The buy-once roof.

For modern stucco builds with a parapet look.

Black, white or sand aluminum with a K-style gutter.

The darker profile, with guards that keep the gutter clear.

Real cedar on the front gable, the warm accent over the door.
Questions about siding, roof & trim? Bring them to the consultation — we answer them against your lot, not in the abstract.
Vinyl horizontal lap comes standard, in a colour matched to your house, so the garage reads as part of the property rather than as something added later. Fibre cement (Hardie) and engineered wood (LP) are upgrades: they hold paint, take a hail impact better and carry a 15-year factory fade warranty. They also cost noticeably more, which is why they are priced as a choice rather than built into everyone's quote.
Close beats exact. Siding profiles and colours from different decades rarely match anyway, so we usually pick from the current palette to coordinate with the house rather than chase a discontinued colour. Bring a photo of the house to the consult.
Pick what looks right, and we will price the whole build against your lot — in writing.
